Access & Use

• The Archive provides access to its Collections free of charge, primarily for scholarly and research purposes.

• You may be granted a password to access certain Collections upon completing an application process with accurate information.

• Your password must not be shared or misused. Unauthorized access should be reported to risingpagesnew@gmail.com 

• You acknowledge and agree to the Archive’s Privacy Policy, including data collection and usage.

• Any content you provide grants the Archive a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

User Responsibilities

• The Collections are provided "as-is" and "as-available", with no express or implied warranties.

• The Archive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes will be handled in India, with arbitration available upon request.
